The Top O' Texas Baptist Association is seeking a Southern Baptist Associational Mission Strategist.

The Associational Mission Strategist will provide counsel, leadership, and resources for the Association to help churches achieve their individual and cooperative objectives.

The Top of Texas Baptist Association consists of fifty-three churches in the Panhandle of Texas.
